A MUST FOR ANY KNIFE KIT These spatulas are called the million dollar tools in a kitchen because if you are in a kitchen and you do not use them to scrape then you are throwing... by kevin a browning

For rubber spats I only go with Vollrath the high temperature makes them great you can accidentally leave them in the pot you're working with and they will be fine by Dmagaster

This is an "industrial strength" sort of a spatula. Even though my hands like the slimmer handle on the cheaper versions this is a much better choice over the long run. by P. Jennings
